Delivery Information

In Kenya, we offer free delivery to Roysambu on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and to Nairobi CBD on Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery to all other locations attracts a delivery fee.

For deliveries within Nairobi, we use Pickup Mtaani, while deliveries outside Nairobi are made through bus courier services. We also deliver to Kampala, Uganda through bus courier services.

Your delivery fee, based on your location, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We process orders everyday. Depending on the time your order is received, it may be processed for dispatch the same day or the following day.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll notify you via email or phone with the relevant delivery information.

You can track the status of your order through your MQR account. We’ll also send you notifications whenever there is an update to your order status.

While we strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
