Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final once the order has been completed.

• Customers must carefully view the product images.
• Customers are advised to check the sizes and measurements mentioned on the product page.
• Sizes and measurements are clearly displayed on the website for each product, and customers are strongly advised to use a measuring tape to confirm their size before purchasing. All measurements are taken manually by hand, and minor variations may occur.
• Note that once you place your order, it can not be cancelled and you will not be able to request a return or exchange.
